From September 4-7, 2025, the city of Prescott, Arizona will host the Yavapai County Fair, celebrating its 112th anniversary. It is one of Northern Arizona’s oldest and most beloved events, combining agricultural traditions, craft shows, carnival and live entertainment.
Schedule and hours of operation
- Thursday, September 4: 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Friday and Saturday, September 5-6: 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.
- Sunday, September 7: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The event will be held at the Prescott Rodeo Grounds located at 840 Rodeo Drive, Prescott, AZ.
Main events and entertainment
- Carnival: Rides for all ages including a roller coaster, Ferris wheel and games with prizes.
- Rodeo Show: horseback riding, bull wrestling and other competitions in cooperation with the Grand Canyon Pro Rodeo Association.
- Live entertainment: daily concerts featuring local and national artists of various genres.
- Exhibits and contests: showcasing farm animals, crafts, culinary masterpieces and horticultural achievements.
- Children’s activities: a variety of activities for children, including contests, games and workshops.

- Adults (13 years and older): $6
- Children (ages 5-12): $4
- Children under 5: Free
- Seniors (65 years and older): $5
Pre-sale tickets for unlimited rides at the carnival are available for $30.
Youth Livestock Program
The fair actively supports youth livestock initiatives. Participants present their animals in competitions and auctions, demonstrating care and training skills. The Youth Livestock Auction will be held on Saturday, September 6, at 5:00 pm.
